Refund and Returns Policy

Here at The House of Jewels, our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It is important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the day you received it, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must be returned in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 7 days using the original payment method.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

Items that Cannot be Returned:

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
